Payment Questions

Q:

When paying with PayPal, to what email address do I send payment?

A:

All PayPal payments must be submitted through our Kyozou Checkout link. You are not able to send payments directly to our email, as we have disabled this feature.

   

 

Please remember to write your Kyozou order number and shipping address on the money order. You must complete your Kyozou checkout prior to mailing your payment.

   

Q:

Do you take credit or ATM cards?

A:

Yes, through our online secure portal or telephone.

   

Q:

What is Kyozou?

A:

It is our online software program that links with Ebay, PayPal, and freight companies, to manage our inventories, consignment sales, auctions, sales orders, payments, shipping, and email correspondence.

   

Q:

How soon must I pay for my items

A:

All sales must be completed in 72 hours through our Kyozou checkout link. Items paid for after that period may be relisted or sold to others.

Shipping Questions

Q:

Do you ship outside the 48 contiguous states and Canada?

A:

Yes, but domestic addresses in HI, AK or PR will be shipped via FedEx 2nd Day Air.

   

Q:

Do you ship internationally outside the USA?

A:

Yes, we ship using FedEx shipping. Buyer's located outside the USA can use our Shipping Calculator to determine a shipping estimate. We also ship by container.

   

Q:

Can I pick up the item?

A:

Yes, but you must pay in advance using our secure Kyozou Checkout system. Also pickups are charged CA sales tax and a minimum $10 handling fee. Pickup hours must be scheduled 48 hours ahead as we have multiple locations.

   

Q:

If I win multiple auctions, can I combine shipping costs?

A:

If you win multiple items, your items will be combined at checkout. There is no need to contact us about combined shipping.

   

Q:

Do you include shipping insurance?

A:

Yes, insurance for the winning bid amount is automatically included at an extra charge to the buyer. LTL shipments are limited to 10 cents per pound, but buyers may request additional insurance at an added charge.

   

Q:

What is the shipping cost for this auction?

A:

The buyer can calculate their own shipping cost. Please refer to the shipping calculator in the auction.

   

Q:

Why did I not receive my item after paying?

A:

Did you first complete your checkout in Kyozou? If you DID NOT checkout in Kyozou, your order will not be processed. Did you receive a tracking number from us? Please call 707.745.1777 or email myorder@industrialecyclers.com.

   
Q:

I am buying a large heavy item that cannot be shipped by FedEx Ground or Air. Can I have my freight company pick up my item?

A:

Yes, a $50 minimum handling fee applies; please see the item page for information or contact us directly.

   
Q:

Do you provide special packing and crating for items?

A:

Yes, but there is an additional charge, and we must have a detailed specification of what is required before quoting you.

Warranties and Returns

Q:

Can I return an item?

A:

Items can only be returned if the item received does not meet with the description. Buyers have 14 days after receiving the item to contact us via email to discuss a return.

   

Q:

Can I cancel my sale after I have won an auction?

A:

Yes, however you must pay all auction fees and restocking fees 20% of the winning bid amount or $10, whichever is greater.

   

Q:

Does the item have a warranty?

A:

We do not offer warranties, unless specifically stated in the auction description.

Q:

Do you charge sales tax on your auctions?

A:

Yes, by law we must charge CA sales tax to all shipping addresses in California and customer pickups.

What if I have other questions about an item before bidding on Ebay?

A:

Do you have items available for sale other than on Ebay?

A:

Yes, please visit our Assets Store at www.iarsf.com, or email us with your requirements.

   

Q:

I have tools and equipment for sale. What should I do?

A:

If you have a digital camera, please take photos and email us at info@industrialecyclers.com with Photos, Item Make, Model Number, and your original purchase price. We will try to respond promptly.

Why don't you immediately leave feedback?

A:

We believe that a Buyer's performance is not just based on fast payment, but also quality and timely communication. At the end of a completed transaction after the Buyer leaves us positive feedback, we automatically leave positive feedback for the Buyer. There should never be an instance where a Buyer leaves us negative feedback as we will always do our best to ship the item, replace a damaged or lost item, or refund the Buyer's money. Please email or call us immediately to resolve any issues of concern. We only leave negative feedback if a Buyer fails to pay or communicate with us about our concerns or theirs.
