IAR purchased or consigned over 1,500 lighting fixtures from electrical contractors and electrical distributors. IAR purchases over $100K of manufacturing and support equipment including: rotary air compressors, heat treating ovens, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, laminators, industrial chillers, and dust collectors. All of this equipment was trucked to our Benicia, CA warehouse.

Eaton Corporation contracts with IAR to sell surplus equipment from catalytic converter research faciilty
Eaton relocates research facility in Silicon Valley. They contracted with us to remove and sell the following: 350HP 500 PSI air compressor, boilers, 200KW generator, VFD drives, chillers, air dryers, Cyclone blower compressors, pumps, miscl. Compresors, electrical and mechanical distribution support components. The large compressor rquired a 36,000 lb. forklift and 200 ton crane for removal.

IAR signs agreement to sell $300K of metal fabrication equipment for large fireplace accessory manufacturer
A large west coast fireplace accessories manufacturer has made a decision to manufacture their exclusive line of accessories in China. As a result they closed their domestic factory and contracted with IAR. After reviewing eight other auctioneers and machinery dealers they signed a contract with us to sell over 100 pieces of equipment including: welders, brakes, shears, benders, CNC plasma cutters, punches and presses, compressors, material handling, and support equipment which have we moved to our Benicia, CA warehouse.

IAR completes major warehouse expansion project
We have added 260 sections of 10 ft. high shelving that will give us 13,000 new square feet of shelf space. In addition, we installed over 40 new sections of pallet racking which gives us a total of over 400 pallet spaces.

We have just completed the purchase of many brand new/boxed industrial quality thermometers and pressure gauges that are available for sale at 25 to 35% of wholesale. Many of these items are being sold to universities, research facilities and industrial process and HVAC application users.
